Together, we can work towards finding the right tools to overcome many challenging experiences, ranging from feelings of low mood and energy, feelings of restlessness and irritability, relationship difficulties, significant changes in life, concerns about gambling and other substances and many others. Whether your goals feel very close or almost impossible, if I can be a support to help you move towards them I would love to hear from you.
